BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.
I, Toogue (the artist), claim the every right to the commissioned piece, not the commissioner/ client.
Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself with in any places or site.
- Display and post the artwork to my social media accs and/or website.
- +200% of original price
- With commercial rights the commissioner/client are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
- The commissioner/client has the right to use it for commercial use (making money of it in any way! e.g. merchs).You (the client) are not forced to credit the artist when posting it, but you're not allowed at taking credit for the creation of the artwork (〃▽〃).
PURCHASE OF COMMERCIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK
PAYMENT
- Mode of payment: Paypal, GCash, and Ko-fi
- Commission can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront first before I start for sketches.
- Pay the remaining balance first before I send the final work.
- No refund unless I'm the one who cancelled the commission.
- + payment for complex background, weapon, etc.
- + 75% for additional character
OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- I will send the draft/sketch for approval. Therefore, once I started your commission you lose the rights to have a refund.
- Maximum of 2 revisions after the entire piece is finished. Additional revision will cost additional $10/500PHP.
- I have the right to decline any commission if I'm uncomfortable making it.
- TATs: 4 days to weeks, depends on the complexity of the commissioned piece, and artist situation. Of course, I will inform you for any unforeseen events etc. as soon as possible.
- Please provide an accurate reference (picture references, poses), details and description of what you have in mind.

This package has fully rendered character and also a detailed background.
Although the sample background was taken from Pinterest.I can draw detailed background as well if you want a hand drawn background!
HALF BODY
$60 / 1200 PHP
This is ideal if you only need a character illustration.In this sample, it is only a semi-rendered character (〃▽〃).
Ofc, fully rendered character or semi rendered can be discussed thru dms!
Still, the pricing are solely dependent on the above-mentioned price range.The full half body— starts from head ends above the knee.
